This page explains what happens to your email address when you join the first list. It is short because there is not much to tell.
Who is responsible
LIV/FE, run by Valkuca, S.L., CIF B40567638, Avenida del Port 1, 46021 Valencia, Spain. Write to [email protected] for anything about your data.
What we collect and why
Your email address, and your first name if you give it. We use them for one thing: sending you LIV/FE news by email, such as the opening night, when tickets go on sale and what happens on Saturdays. We do not sell, rent or share the list with anyone for their own marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form (article 6.1.a of the GDPR and the Spanish LOPDGDD). You can withdraw it whenever you like, and that does not affect anything that happened before.
Who else sees it
The list lives with our email service, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France), which stores it on servers in the European Union and processes it on our behalf under a data processing agreement. The site itself is served by Cloudflare, which sees connection data such as your IP address in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
Cookies and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and [email protected] works too. After that your address is removed from the list.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, take it with you, or object to how it is used. Email [email protected] and we will answer within a month. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD, at www.aepd.es.

Qué recogemos y para qué
Tu correo electrónico y, si lo das, tu nombre. Los usamos para una sola cosa: enviarte noticias de LIV/FE por correo, como la noche de apertura, la salida de entradas y lo que pasa los sábados. No vendemos, alquilamos ni cedemos la lista a nadie para su propio marketing.
Base legal
Tu consentimiento, que das al marcar la casilla del formulario (artículo 6.1.a del RGPD y LOPDGDD). Puedes retirarlo cuando quieras, sin que afecte a lo anterior.
Quién más lo ve
La lista está en nuestro servicio de correo, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, París, Francia), que la guarda en servidores de la Unión Europea y la trata por cuenta nuestra con un contrato de encargo de tratamiento. La web la sirve Cloudflare, que ve datos de conexión como tu dirección IP para entregar la página y protegerla.
Cookies y seguimiento
Ninguno. Esta web no usa cookies ni scripts de analítica o publicidad.
Cuánto tiempo lo guardamos
Hasta que te des de baja o nos pidas que te borremos. Todos los correos llevan un enlace para darte de baja, y [email protected] también sirve.
Tus derechos
Puedes pedir ver tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos, limitar su uso, llevártelos u oponerte a su tratamiento. Escribe a [email protected] y respondemos en menos de un mes. Si crees que hemos tratado mal tus datos, puedes reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos en www.aepd.es.
